Here ia a short list of the foods I have burned in the All Season Solar Cooker:
Bread
Rice
Lasagna
Corn Bread
And I have overcooked:
Brownies
Beans
Squash
Unlike most panel cookers, the ASSC reaches normal oven temperatures - 350ยบ - so it can burn about anything
A batch of beans takes about as long as it would on a stove top - 5 hours from dry to perfectly tender.
That sure is a powerful solar cooker to be capable of doing that to food; I cannot wait to build a similar one.
