Today, stack pot cooking. Got the idea from the indian Tiffen. I have a LOT of solar cookware, so I stacked two large fry pans and one smaller, all with lids so they stack. Bottom pan: Portobello mushrooms stuffed with onion, tomato, jalepeno and cheese. Middle pan: Kielbasa and onions Top Pan: Brown rice At the solar workshops people ask about putting two pots in at once. We are gonna find out
